At the 8. Public auction Keramika Modus d.o.o. purchased KIO KERAMIKA d.o.o. in bankruptcy
At the 8. Public auction Keramika Modus d.o.o. purchased KIO KERAMIKA d.o.o. in bankruptcy and on 29th of December 2011. paid the final bid amount in full, 46 million HRK, and thus became legally and formally owner of the ceramic tile factories in Orahovica and Rujevac.
By completing the purchase of KIO KERAMIKA, Keramika Modus confirmed its status as the regional leader in ceramic tiles.
